AI Invoice Extractor is an automated workflow tool designed for businesses and accountants. Its primary purpose is to read invoice documents (PDFs and images) and automatically extract key metadata like vendor names, totals, and dates using AI.

To function, the application requires access to:

• Google Drive: To automatically retrieve new invoice files from a designated folder and archive them once processed.
• Google Sheets: To output the extracted invoice data into a structured spreadsheet row for your accounting records.
